Agreement and eligibility
By using SEC Scorecard, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use interactive features. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate information when registering.
The service is a general-audience football product. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising use by a minor where permitted. Access may be limited when necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.
Independent football information
SEC Scorecard is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Southeastern Conference, its member universities, ESPN or the NCAA. Schedules, scores and program facts come from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or corrected. Always confirm time-sensitive game information with the participating schools or conference.
Predictions, Field Notes and other analysis are provided for entertainment and general information. They are not a guarantee, professional advice or a gambling service. You remain responsible for decisions made using the site.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for protecting authentication credentials. Do not attempt to access another account, evade security controls, overload the service, scrape protected endpoints, interfere with operation or use automated systems in a manner that harms availability.
You may use public pages for ordinary personal reference and link to them. You may not misrepresent SEC Scorecard as an official conference or school service, resell access, copy substantial original editorial content or remove notices identifying ownership and source.
Community content
Chat messages, feedback and other submissions must be lawful and relevant to the service. Do not post threats, harassment, hate, sexual content, personal information, spam, malware, impersonation or material you do not have the right to share. Football disagreement is welcome; abuse is not.
You retain rights in content you submit and grant SEC Scorecard a limited license to host, display, process and moderate it for operating the feature. Content may be removed, and accounts may be restricted, when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people or comply with law.
Marks, content and data sources
Original SEC Scorecard design, software and editorial text belong to the publisher or applicable licensors. Conference, school and team names, logos and other marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary. No ownership of those third-party marks is claimed.
External data and links remain subject to their providers’ terms. SEC Scorecard may change or discontinue a data integration when accuracy, availability or provider requirements change.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, experience interruptions or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as the service develops. The updated date identifies the current published version. Continued use after an effective change indicates acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may also be announced within the product.
